It is quietly located on our property, single and with lots of privacy. In the cottage a bedroom with 2 single beds and another 1 folding bed could be placed in the living room. The nature house is located among the trees and has thick walls so it is always cool in summer. In our cottage there is an electric boiler for hot water. On our property there are also 4 horses that love to be cuddled and touched. In front of the cottage you can sit on the nostalgic wooden bench or you can use 2 deck chairs. The cottage has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. If you have any questions, we are always open to this. Our interior is adapted for guests with dogs, because of this we made the choice not to place a luxury sofa or armchairs in the cottage and to create enough space for the dogs to move around. The surroundings are green and agricultural. You can make beautiful bicycles in our surroundings. The cottage is 8 km from the Groningen village of Sellingen and 15 km from the border village of Bourtange where the Bourtange fortress is also located. Dersum is an agricultural village with friendly inhabitants. It is worthwhile to go cycling along the Ems, in German Ems. The villages Walchem, Heede and Dörpen are within cycling distance. In these villages you can also eat out, have a cup of coffee and cake at the bakery and there are several supermarkets. The village of Heede is a place of pilgrimage, worth a visit. By car or motorcycle, you can also visit tourist places further in the area:- Surwold, Sögel, Papenburg. For motorcyclists there are also several routes through the Emsland, e.g. Meppen - Papenburg - Meppen.
