This nature house is part of a stud farm for Icelandic horses. Horses are trained and bred there. In the midst of this is this house, equipped with every luxury, with a lovely private enclosed garden overlooking the surrounding meadows. The cozy living room with fireplace has spacious seating and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. There is automatic blinds, you can sit outside in the shade, but also enjoy the sun throughout the day. On the second floor, accessible via a shared staircase (shared with one permanent user) , is a spacious bedroom with a particularly luxurious en-suite bathroom with bathtub, separate rain shower, double sinks and a toilet with bidet function. This nature house lends itself to rest and space in luxury; a place to read or work. The kitchen with Quooker, Nespresso, induction cooktop and two ovens is equipped with all imaginable baking and cooking utensils so you can get started.

Although located just a stone's throw from Amsterdam, you are still completely outside. The view of the surrounding meadows, the dikes and the river Vecht beyond is breathtaking. You also overlook Fort Uitermeer, where you can eat delicious food, by the way. You can walk and cycle in the Naardermeer area, around the Spiegelplas and along the Vecht. There is an extensive bicycle route network and we are right in the middle of it! It is also possible to bring your horse, there are endless bridle paths in beautiful woods and heathland, fifteen minutes away by trailer. On the property itself are a riding arena (20x40) and a track. Should you wish to bring your horse, please indicate this. Weesp itself is a lively town, where delicious food can be eaten and shopping is fun. And the ice cream parlor is unsurpassed. Other possibilities in the neighborhood include: sailing on the Vecht, supping, canoeing and sailing. Finally, this house is an excellent base to visit Amsterdam or Muiden.
