A brand new detached chalet from 2021 equipped with all amenities, centrally located between the city of Groningen and Delfzijl. The chalet is located on the Hoogeland where you can relax and enjoy the vastness that the Groningen countryside has to offer. The nature lover will also get his money's worth here with, among others, buzzards, deer and a sweet farmyard labrador named Tom who are welcome guests in this region. The nature house is about 45 square meters and has two bedrooms with bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower cabin, toilet and washing machine. The veranda has two garden chairs and a table as standard. If you would like two more, please let us know. The living room has a sofa, recliner and a TV with a Chromecast. There is good WiFi (220 Mbps) to cast media and watch TV through the TV application. The dining area consists of a table with four chairs.
