The house is located against a hill with unobstructed views of the vineyards, forests and nearby villages. In clear weather the snowy peaks of the Alps are visible. The house stands on a spacious plot of 2200m2 with a herb garden in the back of the garden hazelnuts and fruit trees. The neighbors live 500m away. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with toilet. At the top of the garden is a chlorine-free saltwater pool. The picturesque medieval village of Montabone is 1km away and has an alimentario and good restaurant.

The Langhe is a beautiful hilly area for hiking and biking; with regularity we see boar and deer in the fields and forests. The region is also known for its excellent wines and cuisine.
