Forest, meadows and water is in the immediate vicinity. Walking, cycling and staying at the Veluwe Lake are among the possibilities. The Ermelosche Heide with sheepfold is also nearby. Places like Garderen, Putten, Nijkerk, Elspeet, Harderwijk and Vierhouten are attractive to visit. The cottage is located 3.2 km from the station and about 3 km from the A28 and Veluwe Lake.
