This is a cozy apartment with sitting room with open kitchen. In the hall is the bathroom and separate toilet and upstairs is the bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be put together and apart if desired. You have your own entrance with a private terrace. There is also a covered, lockable bicycle shed with a charging point for electric bicycles.

The apartment is located just outside the village of Dwingeloo; an oasis of peace with many, beautiful, old farms and of course the Oldengaerde manor. It is within walking distance of the landscape park Dwingelderveld and the Drents-Friese Forest is also nearby. It is said that Dwingeloo has the most beautiful village green in Drenthe. On the village square you will find beautiful old trees, monumental farms, stores, terraces and restaurants. Also, the apartment is located on a cycling node route. Every Tuesday there is a modest market on the brink in Dwingeloo. There is also in Dwingeloo a heated outdoor pool the Experience Park Dwingeloo, the radio observatory and galleries. The larger towns in Drenthe have theaters, but many villages also have open-air theaters, for example Diever is famous for its Shakespeare performances.
