When you want to get away alone or as a couple - possibly with your horse or bike - in rural Holland, the cozy vintage caravan in an authentic orchard at an old Drenthe farmhouse is just the right place! In the back of the caravan your bed of 195 by 160 is already made. Towels and kitchen linen are provided with this nature house. In the kitchenette with inventory is a refrigerator, sink with running water and a two-burner gas stove. You get the key to the neighboring farmhouse so you have access to a hall with its own bathroom; toilet with sink and bathroom with shower and sink. Outside the caravan is a cozy sitting area with outdoor stove and, if desired, a BBQ. You overlook the newly planted vegetable garden and meadow.

The caravan is rural and within walking distance of Elp; a small friendly town with a hotel-restaurant and pancake farm. Westerbork (4 kilometers) has cozy stores and restaurants. In Schoonloo (6 kilometers) is for gourmets Michelin-star* restaurant the Loohoeve. The places Orvelte (museum village), Rolde, "blues village" Grolloo and "Hunebed capital" Borger, Remembrance Center Camp Westerbork are not far away. The area has fantastic walking and cycling opportunities in beautiful nature. Directly from the yard you can also horseback or dog through rural paths to the three forestries Hooghalen, Grolloo and Schoonloo. In the Schoonloërbos is a large dog walking area with a lake where both dogs and horses are allowed. The Boomkroonpad, recreational lakes, the Mantingerzand, the Elperstroom (a natura 2000 area just steps away) are very worthwhile.
