Sleeping in a wine barrel/sleeping barrel A different kind of overnight stay: who can claim to have ever slept in a wine barrel except Diogenes, and that was several thousand years ago? Our sleeping barrels radiate coziness and naturalness. You will find peace and gentle dreams inside. All barrels are furnished according to a special design. In addition to comfortable seating and a table, there is heating, light and electricity. Two of our wine barrels can sleep up to five people and our third barrel can sleep up to four. Surrounded by brightly flowering shrubs and lots of roses, you can end the evening on your own terrace. Bed linen and towels are included, toilets and showers can be found next door at the canoe club. Of course we are also open in winter, we charge a flat rate of €5.00 per night for heating costs from October to March.

Pure relaxation: individual accommodation offers Centrally located in the heart of Hesse in the beautiful Lahn Valley is our campsite in Wetzlar. Conveniently located, yet quiet and relaxing, it is within walking distance of Wetzlar's old town. At our own entry point, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the Lahn or book your canoe tour through our neighbor Lahn Kanu. You will find clean and warm showers and toilets in our sanitary building. Three individually furnished sleeping barrels, a maritime construction trailer, two fully equipped caravans, three modern tipis and our tent meadow invite you to relax and enjoy your vacation.
