This nature house is a spacious one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of an ancient Catalan hill farm at almost 1000m altitude in the French Pyrenees. The accommodation measures 50m² in total, with an ensuite bathroom, large bedroom which is warm in the winter and always cool in the summer. There is a fully equipped kitchen/sitting room with wood burning stove and sofa bed. The large South facing terrace is shared with another 1 bedroom gite and has a firepit/BBQ for you to use. There is also a sauna right next to the nature house with cold plunge pool for your shared use whenever you wish. You also have use of the reading room with a sofa, plenty of tourist information and amazing views. Also on site is a swimming pool, playground, boules pitch and many farm and domestic animals which you are invited to help take care of. During the summer, there is a range of activities for you to choose from; A guided hike, communal meals, boules competition and a walk & picnic with the donkeys.

This nature house is only accessible via a 2km long farm track. At the end of the track is the beautiful village of Corsavy, with 3 restaurants, a cafe, playground and outdoor swimming pool (open only in the summer). There are no other neighbours, the property is surrounded by forest. There are many beautiful hikes to do right from the house, or you can take a short drive up to Batere for some high mountain views and stunning walking routes. The beaches and beautiful seaside town of Collioure is a one hour drive away, there are 2 lakes you could visit close by. Spain is only half an hour away; perfect for a day trip. Ceret is a lovely small town with a vibrant Saturday market, the Modern Art Museum and many cafes and restaurants; 25 minutes by car.
