A new house of 70 m2 facing the sunset in the sea. Full insulated with a terrace on top same elevation of the existing ground. Only 3 houses in that village in a island of 15 people. The house consists of a main room with complete kitchen and living room. There are 6 double insulated windows, 4 facing the sea. There are 2 small bedrooms with one double German bed and mattress and one single plus one folded bed. One complete indoor toilet with water heater and one outside with water heater and washing machine. It is a house far from any civilization surrounded some times from wild goats and rabbits at the night. House is really comfortable and my next step on April is to connect solar system. House has all kitchen equipment. There is not Internet, and you may be connected only in the port. On the top area around you may park as many as cars you have. There is also a storage service room with separate door full with hand and electrical tools.

If you can stay on the terrace and start turning around, you can see mounts, hills and an unbelievable sea view. At the night you might discover a brilliant full of stars sky. The island has some visitors on the summer and specific around of 15th of August where there are two Christian main celebrations. The island is perfect for walking, there is an old lighting house on the other side of the island. There is a place for shopping necessary things and to have a local meal. You may get a ferry to the island from Athens, once a week, from Pelloponisos 2 or 3 times a week and from Crete island 2 times a week. Local people are hard but very welcome. In that island there are only 2 places for swimming (one is Kamarela) and you will be impressed from the rocks around. There is a police station and a doctor. Also the island has a helicopter field. DO NOT DECIDE to come without see Ferry boat schedule first. In Antikythira there are some foreigner families coming every year in summer.
