This naturhouse is a former farmhouse, furnished with materials of vegetable (wood, linen and cotton) and mineral (marble, terracotta) origin that reinforce even more the peaceful, relaxing and spontaneous atmosphere of a place connected with Nature, which offers the possibility of living a serene vacation less than an hour's drive from the Capital and less than forty minutes if you arrive by train from Tiburtina station or Termini. This naturehouse always offers a homely welcome in every season, a lit fireplace in winter time and a cool swimming pool in Summer. It is the perfect place to regenerate and put technology aside. In fact, for environmental sustainability and the preservation of our health, water is heated with solar energy and along with electricity, its waste is limited. There is no consumerism, very little waste and lots of recycling, only seasonal vegetables are used, and everything is done with passion.

The attunement with the Environment is also reflected in the culinary reality, based on the use of raw, vegetable and organic materials prepared according to a philosophy that aims for simplicity and not elaboration but, often dictated by the creative impulse of Elisabeth, the creator not only of this naturehouse but also of the aspects that revolve around it, primarily the food.
