The Mansion consists of two adjacent structures. In the first one there are the rooms and a large living room with a fireplace. Here there is also a breakfast nook with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and the necessities for a simple breakfast (coffee pods, tea, jams, honey, rusks and other things we provide for guests). Also on the ground floor are a double/twin room and a multiple room. The latter can hold up to six beds, either double or single, and has two private bathrooms. On the second floor of the facility, on the other hand, there are four rooms: one double room with a fireplace, one double room with the possibility of adding up to two beds, and two twin/double rooms with the possibility of adding a bed. All rooms have private bathrooms. Hotellerie service is included and change is provided for longer stays. The second facility consists of a fully equipped kitchen and large living room.

On the Fonte della Noce plateau in the municipality of Lettopalena at about 1100 meters above sea level, in zone A of the Maiella National Park
