The layout of the house Ground floor: hall, toilet, kitchen, living and dining room First floor: large bedroom and bathroom with shower, laundry and drying room. Next to the nature house a shed for (possibly self-brought) bicycles. The cottage has a private driveway with parking for several cars.

The nature house is located in a wooded area next to the University of Twente with many hiking, biking and golfing opportunities. The distance to the center of Hengelo and to the center of Enschede is almost the same. There is a small supermarket nearby. And there is a possibility to rent bikes.
