This nature house is a detached cottage in a beautiful location in the woods near the beautiful town of Ommen. Once the cottage was built as accommodation for forest workers. Now it is a renovated, cozy recreation house on its own forest plot of one hectare. A wonderful outdoor place where you can stay, relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. The cottage is pure and comfortable (without wifi and TV). It has been completely renovated and has central heating. It consists of a living room with wood stove, a modern open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a new bathroom with shower and toilet and two cozy bedrooms on the second floor. Bringing a pet is allowed. If you stay for a weekend, you may use the cottage on Sunday until 4:00 pm.

The cottage is located in a forest on the edge of the Vecht valley and Besthmenerberg. An extensive network of hiking and cycling trails runs along the plot. Beautiful forest and heath areas (with viewing tower) and also the Vecht, Regge and Eerde estate are within walking and cycling distance. The nature house is easily accessible by car and public transport (bus and train). Station Ommen is nearby (1.5 kilometers) and the center of Ommen is 2 kilometers away, there you will find nice stores, cafes and cozy restaurants.
