Welcome to stay in this small quirky naturehouse high in the sera do acor mountains, two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen, bathroom, sleeps up to five including two double beds, basic but fully equiped, just bring your cloths and food set in a small village ideal for people that love to walk in nature. Set on three floors interjoined by steep stone steps, groundfloor tiled floors, white painted stone walls almost a meter thick the bedroom has a very low doorway into the bathroom with a washing machine where stairway is, first floor kitchen, with twin burner calor stove with oven, water heater, and fridge freezer, cupboard with plates et cetera, connecting to the living room where is a sofa, and tv/dvd and open fire, a steep stone step leads to the loft where is another double bed, a single mattress is also available if required a folding bed can be suppied for seperate individuals.

Nearby are lots of walking paths high in the Acor mountains, short drive to the famous tourist attraction village of Piodao, and many other waterfalls and riverbeaches, nearby towns and villages, Coja, Arganil, Tabua, further way (70 kilometres) is the culturally rich univercity city of Coimbra, and the silver coast, closer is the ski mountain area of the Sera do Estrellas. there are many footpaths and 4x4 paths for driving across the area leading out from the village, the valley is circled by a road which follows the ridge, if you were an athlete you could train running at high altitude here, likewise mountain bikers, but walkers will also enjoy the views from the nearby acor mountains, There is a brand new communal swimming pool a few 100 meters from the house, and also along the stream which is peppered with waterfalls, home to the very rare european dipper bird, and many other rare birds, you may find natural swimming holes, most afternoons goats go past in the valley with bells.
