We propose a climate house, built following the classic dictates of bioengineering: the use of materials and construction solutions that increase the insulation and thermal inertia of the house, both in summer and winter allow to drastically decrease consumption related to heating and eliminate the need to have an air conditioning system. The villa is located in the middle of our farm in the midst of 5 hectares orchard and forest. A car is required to reach our property.

We are on the top of a small hill in the Latium Maremma and, more precisely, between Cerveteri, Santa Severa and Bracciano, in an area of great historical, archaeological and landscape interest: within a radius of a few kilometers our guests can find the Necropolis of the Banditaccia in Cerveteri - one of the largest Etruscan settlements in Central Italy - Lake Bracciano - with its reserve - and Santa Severa with its castle on the sea.
