The landlord bought the nature house two years ago and is so enthusiastic about the place that he has thoroughly renovated the house over two years except for the bathroom, toilet and a nostalgic bedroom. He has left those authentic because he thinks it does fit the house. The house has six bedrooms, one of which is used by the landlord should he stay there. For rent are two double rooms with beds of 180 x 200 and 200 x 200 and two single rooms with beds of 140 x 200 and a single room with a bed of 100 x 200. The living room has a fireplace with open kitchen with all facilities. In the garage there is an additional fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is also a second toilet. On the second floor is the bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a separate toilet and three bedrooms. On the second floor another two bedrooms.

Across the creek is a vineyard against a rock. One can see deer drinking in the stream when you sit still for a while. Squirrels jump from branch to branch in the trees and kingfishers hunt in the stream. Wild boars can be heard occasionally at night. One can do wonderful hiking, biking in the area. Either right along the Mosel or sportily in the hills.
