There are four luxury bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed, a sofa bed and possibility of additional single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are two toilets. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen diner with spacious dining area and wood stove. Upstairs is a large living room/recreation room with fireplace on the entire upper floor, with billiards, fitness equipment and several sitting areas. The outdoor area has a (grape) covered, lighted patio and a ping pong table. The space is also great for business purposes (meetings, training) due to facilities such as a beamer, white board and great privacy.

The estate is more than 20 hectares and is set in a beautiful, hilly area, equipped with meadows, forests, very hilly hiking trails and a small lake. The property is located on a quiet road between two small villages and 45 minutes from Toulouse airport and the Airbus site, which is worth a visit.
