The villa is located on a private property of four hectares, at the foot of the Cevennes, in a rural, wooded area, far from the crowds. You have a beautiful view of the mountains of the Lozère and the Ardèche. The Cévennes National Park has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the vicinity are nice rivers (the Cèze), picturesque towns (St. Ambroix, Lussan). Ambroix, Lussan) and many tourist activities (among others la Grotte de la Cocalière, one of the three most beautiful caves in France, the coal mine of Alès open for visits, adventure park in the forest, castles, nice regional markets, the beautiful Ardèche with the fascinating Pont d'Arc and the famous Pont du Gard).Within a radius of 50 kilometers you visit Alès, Uzès, Nîmes, Les Vans and Montélimar (nougat). There are also Montpellier (90 kilometers), the Camargue and Marseille (120 kilometers). Avignon, Orange, Montpellier and Nîmes (Arènes, Maison Carrée) are nice day trips. The 12 by 5 meter swimming pool is completely at your (private) disposal and is maintained daily, early in the morning.
