Lovely spacious nature house in a rural yard with four apartments, surrounded by vineyards and the Tuscan hills. Two bedrooms, one with balcony. Spacious bathroom, kitchen and living room with fireplace, terrace and garden with seating. Last year the garden was changed from common to fenced. The fenced swimming pool of 12x7 meters is shared with only five apartments. Most of the time it is very quiet there. Here you can relax in the middle of the Tuscan hills and yet the cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena are only 50 kilometers from here. San Gimignano is only 20 minutes.

The Tuscan countryside has its own charm in every season. Alberi is a small hamlet near Montaione, a sleepy town in the heart of Tuscany. You can relax here and taste the Italian atmosphere, because you live here among the Italians. From the house you can take lovely walks with ever changing views of the beautiful countryside. Nearby, in Gambassi Terme, runs an old pilgrimage route, the Via Francigena, which runs from Aosta to Rome. If you are very sporty you can cycle, but you can also visit the many ancient and beautiful places in the area. In the garden you can hear and see many birds, there are bats and frogs, and in the fields and forests nearby are deer and wild boar. Italy has the largest number of vegetarians in Europe, so you will find many organic and vegetarian products in the supermarkets. There are also organic farmers selling food.
