In the Tzoumerka nature reserve you will find three igloo nature houses constructed of natural stone and wood on a fenced area. An equipped kitchen with oven is provided, equipped with tea spices, jams, honey and homemade cakes and bread. The bathroom includes shower products, towels and has a shower or bathtub. The water comes from the ground and is drinkable. There are three igloos for rent, the fourth is inhabited by the landlord, a very hospitable Greek who is happy to tell you and show you around. The igloos are spacious and equipped with made beds, a dining area and garden furniture. There is WiFi and a small restaurant that is very tastefully decorated with glass frontage and natural stone. There is no staff, everything is prepared by the hosts themselves. It is small-scale and very personal. There is a lot to do in the area. The nature houses are suitable for nature lovers, active people and families with children aged six and up. Six kilometers away is an Arta with a small supermarket, restaurants and terraces offering local delicacies at favorable prices.

The igloos are among coniferous and deciduous trees on a large fenced area and because of the ideal location, trees, bushes and differences in height, you have a lot of privacy, peace and space. Ktistases is a small village in the middle of the Tzoumerka mountain area, at the foot of Stroggula Mountain. Nature is very diverse, with several rivers and waterfalls, as well as jagged mountain peaks and open plains. There are hiking trails that take you to waters with arched bridges and walk over the mountain peaks with breathtaking views. There are many activities to do where you will experience the beauty of Tzoumerka even more, for example from a raft or kayak where you will have views of huge slopes. Drink water from the natural streams. Or descend on the back of a mule through narrow paths with lunch by the river. In this area, the only noise you're going to hear is the bells the shepherd has tied on his goats and sheep, which are likely to cross your path. Or, of course, clatter from one of the many waterfalls.
