The nature house is located on a hill near the village of Mutignano, overlooking the Adriatic coast with the Gran Sasso mountains in the background. Pineto with its beautiful beaches is just five kilometers away.The house is surrounded by nature on a three-hectare plot and has a beautifully landscaped garden with palm and olive trees and oleanders. There are several terraces to enjoy the sun and the sea view. The garden is fully fenced and has two entrances, closed with two large gates. Several cars can park within the fence. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with satellite TV, dining area, air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, spacious double bedroom with air conditioning and a beautiful sea terrace.On the second floor there is a sitting and dining area with fireplace, a well-equipped open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a south-facing terrace. In total there is room for eight people. In addition, there is sleeping accommodation (divan beds and sleeping poufs) for a group of seven people in the cantina. The optional rent for this is 500€. The house has all modern comforts and was redecorated in 2017. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout.
