The naturehouse is a Marchian farmhouse with six apartments, restored in 2014. The nature house is situated between the rolling hills of Le Marche and has a large infinity edge swimming pool of 15 x 5 meters. From the villa and the swimming pool you can enjoy breathtaking views over the Monte Sibillini onto the Adriatic Sea. The villa is located near the villages of Castignano, Appignano del Tronto and Offida. In the spacious garden of the villa (located on a surface of approximately 1.5 hectare) you can find complete peace. This apartment is located on the south-east, with stunning views over the hills and villages of Le Marche and the Adriatic Sea. The apartment has its own garden with a (partly) covered terrace (gazebo). On the terrace there is a dining table with six chairs and four lazy chairs. The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor and the other one in the attic. All bedrooms have two luxury boxspring mattresses of 200x90 centimeter each. On the first floor of this nature house one will also find the bathroom with spacious sink, toilet and rain shower. On the spacious and bright attic floor you will find the third bedroom with a velux skylight and an extra sink. All bedroom windows and doors have shutters for/against the light as well as mosquito screens.

The naturehouse is situated at an altitude of about 450 meters. It is half an hour driving to the coast (Grottammare). And if you want to go into the mountains you can go to the Monte Sibillini Natural Park (about 45-60 minutes) or to the Gran Sasso Natural Park, just across the border of the Abruzzen (about 90 minutes driving). The huge "Piano Grande" on the border of Umbrië and Le Marche is worth a visit but there are also beautiful mountain walks closer to the ruralhut. In short, there is something for everyone, the hiker, the moutain biker or cyclist, the beach lover, the nature lover and not to be forgotten, the lovers of the Italian food and the beautiful villages on the hilltops. Of course also the capital of the southern part of Le Marche, Ascoli Piceno, with its famous Caffe Meletti on the Piazza del Popolo isworth a visit. In addition, Le Marche is well known for its shoes industry (Tod's) and there are many outlet stores to be found here.
