This is a nature house built in natural stone. It is located on an estate that has existed for several hundred years and renovated while maintaining the typical Ardechoise character. The water comes from the natural springs on the estate. Upstairs is a large double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom with its own toilet and sink. On the ground floor is the bathroom with shower and toilet, next to it a kitchen and next to it a sitting room with fireplace. There is a large terrace with views of the mountains, the lower houses and pool and a private parking area with fenced garden so there is absolute privacy and tranquility. Therefore, to guarantee this tranquility for everyone, parents are requested not to let their children scream and or shout unnecessarily. Guests can use the WiFi terrace located below. You can also ask for a vegan meal prepared by the hostess from their own organic garden .

The estate is a 30 hectare nature reserve with mainly chestnut trees where guests are free to walk around. The estate is in the middle of the nature of the Monts d'Ardeche with beautiful hiking trails and roads including La Dolce Via, a hiking and biking trail that follows the Eyrieux River between Nonieres and Valence.
