This nature house is a lovely cottage on the edge of the Hanseatic Forest. The house is recently built and fully equipped. There is a large, high living room with open kitchen, as well as a large bedroom with French doors. Attached to this is a bathroom with sitting bath, separate shower and second toilet. The second bedroom contains 1 single bed. The house has an area of 100 m² and a full-width veranda overlooking the nature reserve. The house is heated by a heat pump and has its own solar panels. The house is adjacent to nature reserve the Hanzebos where you can enjoy hiking and cycling. The house stands on large grounds, a place for inspiration, peace and reflection. Bed- and bath linen are included in each price list. A weekend is from Friday 5pm to Sunday 7pm. A midweek ends on Fri 10am.

The coulisse landscape of Salland is magnificent. The sunsets here color deep red to purple. In summer the meadow in front of the house is inhabited by cows or horses, hares and sometimes a roe deer. In the area one can see yellowhammers, the red kite, redstarts, ravens, buzzards and sometimes the green woodpecker. In the already old Hanseatic forest there are large oaks, beeches and pines and there are grasslands full of pipe straw, cuckoo flowers and beautiful vistas that change color every season. You can walk and cycle through the woods, as well as along the IJssel and the Duurse Waarde. There are five beautiful estates within a radius of five kilometers and Sion Abbey is nearby. Salland is still quiet and without tourist centers. The landlords themselves have set out some beautiful walks, but there are also marked routes. In autumn the leaves color beautifully and there are many mushrooms on the old wood. Provided it is leashed, a dog will also have a great time here.
