This ruralhut is an old farmhouse built around 1600. The former stables, which were situated on the ground floor, have been renovated into living room, kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. There is a living room and an open study room, three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor. In Spring and Autumn the terraces are facing the sunshine all day. Attached to the house is a large pergola overgrown with grape vines. In summer it is a lovely place to eat. The kitchen has recently been completely renovated and is equipped with modern equipment, being large enough to cook with multiple people at the same time. The three bathrooms were also completely renovated this winter. The house has four bathrooms and an outside shower. The furniture of the house is aimed at giving at least eight people all the comfort and privacy. The house is built on the edge of a hill. The new saltwater pool is within seven meters of the house. The swimming pool is 13 x 5 meters in size and has two large terraces from which one has a beautiful view over the area. On the site are a small olive and vineyard. Underneath the oak trees grow truffles in Summer and in Spring wild asparagus. At night, foxes, European badgers and wild boar can scatter the area. In short, there is peace, space and connection with nature.

The historic highlights of Orvieto, Perugia, Assis, Arrezo are within reach. Rome and Florence are also well accessible for a day trip by car or train.
