This nature house from 1800 has recently been refurbished into a cozy, authentic and comfortable accommodation for 4 people. Outside all the comforts, there is a balcony where you can enjoy the view. Downstairs is a veranda with an equipped outdoor kitchen, lounge sofa and fireplace. It is always lovely to stay here, in good and bad(er) weather. The nature house is located 30 meters from the river Aveyron, where you can swim and fish. The river is shallow and suitable for small children and dogs, they can safely paddle. The nature house stands on the edge of the authentic village of Monteils, in the Aveyron district. This area has no mass tourism, so you can experience the real France. You can reach the village on foot within 10 minutes. In the village is a bakery, supermarket (with a surprisingly complete assortment), café, post office, free camper village, campsite and a restaurant. At this nature house you can reach the fresh croissants in a few minutes.

The nature surrounding the nature house consists of mountain scenery, interspersed with green meadows and rivers. This means beautiful views and vistas. On a good day and in the right location you are looking at the Pyrenees. The landscape is interspersed with typical French villages with beautiful, authentic houses. The landscape offers every opportunity for hiking, most routes are signposted. But you can also go horseback riding, canoeing, mountain climbing, golfing, cycling and fishing. In the surrounding villages there is always something to do. There are daily brocantes, vide greniers (flea markets), marche gourmands (food festivals), markets and other activities, because the French also like to have fun. Places like Najac, Villefranche de Rouergue and Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val are known for their typical French character. The larger towns in the area, such as Toulouse, Albi and Cahors, invite you to store and visit museums.
