A cozy, new, perfectly intact, and recently completely restored ruralhut for four or five people. The front of the house overlooks the meadows, the valley, and the road towards the complex. The upper terrace has a beautiful view over the Balcon du Rhône, the Vercors, and during clear weather even the Alps. The living area of the ruralhut is 165 m² or 210 m². The kitchen leads up to the living area, from which you can access the bedroom. It consists of a hall, a third bathroom, an outdoor terrace, and a large bedroom. A covered terrace with seating arrangements can be found outside next to the main entrance, which leads to the kitchen. An extra bed can easily be made available for a third child in the upper bedroom.

The immediate surroundings of the farmhouse complex are from its approximately 30 hectares of varied, landscaped grounds with meadows and chestnut forests. The complex is fully detached and surrounded by nature (fields and forests), neighbors cannot be seen and it has a beautiful view over the Rhone valley. The complex consists of this ruralhut, the owner’s home, and two other homes that can be rented. Both the building and swimming pool have breathtaking views over the Balcon du Rhône, the Vercors, and during clear weather even the Alps. The nearest village is Alboussière at eight kilometers. Valence is a nice town with several boutiques and restaurants. Trips along the Rhone (Tain l’Hermitage, Tournon, Cruas, Montelimar) or to the wineries are highly recommended. A drive of one and a half hour will take you to the art cities of Orange, Avignon, Nimes, and Arles. To the north you have Lyon, which is definitely worth a visit.
