The nature house is tucked away in the middle of the nature of Molenpolder nature reserve. You are in a beautiful, quiet place, completely surrounded by natural beauty with views of lakes lined by trees and grass. Access is via a wooden bridge from the parking lot. The cottage is suitable for max two adults and two children. ( not for more than 2 adults) The living room has a sofa (which folds out into a double bed, bring your own bedding for this), two armchairs and a dining table with four chairs. Heating consists of a wood stove. The kitchenette has a refrigerator (without freezer compartment), gas hob and sink with water heater. There is crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, a coffee maker and a small oven. The bedroom has an open connection to the living room, the bed is built into a 190x140 centimeter niche. There is a shower and toilet. On both sides is a terrace, near the entrance with a terrace cover.

The Molenpolder nature reserve consists of elongated dykes and ponds. It thus forms a natural maze where numerous animals feel at home. In addition to common bird species, you will find the purple heron, the moustache, the bittern and the kingfisher. There are also deer in the area. Nearby is the Maarsseveense Plas, where you can swim, walk or cycle. Cycling distance to Maarssen is 15 minutes, Utrecht 30 minutes, Hilversum 45 minutes. The Nedereindsevaart is located on the cycle junction network. In the surroundings you can make beautiful bike trips; along the Vecht, the Loosdrecht lakes, the Hilversumseheide or the Maartensdijk woods. The new recreation area Gagelbos is five kilometers away in the Noorderpark. The sauna and wellness center Spasereen is one kilometer away. In the water around the cottage you may fish with a standard fishing pass. The cottage is located in a quiet area, playing music outside is not allowed.
